1. Cheerios with strawberries…such a good combo.
2. Track workout yesterday was dare I say…fun?!?! Well, let’s just say I felt way better than last week and I am feeling more and more ready for next Sunday. Our workout was 5 x 1000m in 4:09 with a 200m RI and another minute of rest.
3. I’m loving this Chapstick right now…and I’m pretty picky about these things.
9. I recently read that you should start carbo loading as many as 5 days before the race and increasing carb consumption slowly up until race day. Done!
