Sweating it off…and putting it back on.

I woke up feeling a little bloated from the massive amount of food I consumed yesterday.  The only solution was to hit the gym and sweat some of it off.  My SIL Emmy and I went to Gold’s Gym and got in a good workout.  BTW, they gave her a 1-week visitor pass for free :).

My workout included:

30 minutes on the elliptical – Random program on level 10

5000 meters on the rowing machine – Level 10

2 hours on the stair climber and I burned 1,101 calories!!!  JK, I did 10 minutes on level 12 and burned 101.1 calories.

I also did about 10 minutes of abs…1 minute for each brownie I ate yesterday.

In the afternoon, my mom came up and we all went to our favorite place…Cracker Barrel!  I ordered the usual, so I will spare you any more pictures of that.

We spent the rest of the night hanging out and watching TV.  Schedule update:  Annabelle was sleeping in her crib by 8 pm!!!
