Zooma Women’s Race Series!

I just registered for another race…it’s amazing how happy this makes me :).  I will be running the Zooma Annapolis Half Marathon on Saturday, June 1st and I am super excited.  I love Annapolis and this is a great way to see the city and get my run on.  It’s also an excuse to spend the weekend and have some family time with Chris and Annabelle.  I’m really hoping that someone (Rachel, this means you!) decides to run it with me.  🙂

I will def be trying to improve my time with this race, so there will be a lot of speed work in the next few months.  I have a lot of work to do…

Annabelle is excited too.

Annabelle has been sleeping pretty late in the morning, we got up at 9:30 this morning, so I went to the noon yoga class.  It felt so good to stretch my sore muscles and I think I am ready to hit the pavement for a few easy miles tomorrow.  When I got home, I had a salad and veggie burger for lunch…I always feel like eating super healthy after yoga.  BTW, avocado makes everything better.
