Weekend Workouts

Friday – 11.5 miles with Serge. 8 minute pace and it felt great.

Saturday – rest

Sunday – 6.5 miles on the treadmill. After an 8 minute warmup, I increased the speed by .1 every 2 minutes until I reached a speed of 8.6. I also did some abs, push-ups, and a 2:30 plank.
